- Board, Leadership, Hardship and Disciplinary Committee Member
- Responsible for all communication to all Jr Cyclones families, Coaches and team managers for respective information as directed by Assistant Director and/or Director of Program Development
- Secretary for all Board and Committee meetings including follow-up on all assigned tasks within the leadership committee(s) and volunteers
- Responsible for all uniform, equipment & helmet sticker orders and will serve as the primary contact for Warrior, WARROAD, EPS and Trophy Awards
- Work with QCS Operations and Management in tandem with Assistant Director for all ice cuts for all practices & games at QCS
- Schedule all referees for all Jr Cyclones home games at Queen City Sportsplex
- Administrative communication needs with USA Hockey for games sheets and Captain & Assistant C’s and A’s Administrative communication between team managers for scheduling of team photos & applicable senior nights
- Work in tandem with other members of Jr Cyclones for registration build for all camps, clinics and programs on website and through League App
