- Responsible for all ice scheduling at Queen City Sportsplex
- Programming of outside rentals from organizations looking for ice for tournaments or corporate needs
- Conduit between teams and Accounting Department
- Conduit between Jr Cyclones and Queen City Sportsplex Management Team Work directly with Director of Program Development, Co-Directors of Skating and Cyclones Foundation for scheduling of camps, clinics, skills sessions, LTS/LTPH and communication for all marketing of such
- Works directly with Communications Director to ensure all programming updates are being shared within the program
